We offer two options:
The subscription: the ultimate concierge experience. Whenever you need us, we will be there for you, no questions asked. If having constant access to us is important, then this is the right package for you.
Pay-as-you-go: don’t want to commit, want to try our services or just need help with one thing? Sure, this option is perfect for one-time or occasional requests.

It always depends! We handle a wide variety of requests—from the most basic to the most complex. From helping you settle in or finding reliable service providers, to navigating local bureaucracy and processes with ease. We may also assist with understanding Portuguese documents, emails or do in-person translations. Do you need us to join you or attend a meeting with you, sure! We offer language support so you can confidently manage matters in Portuguese, with the support of a local partner.

It’s simple! Just send us an email with your request, and we’ll get back to you shortly. From there, we’ll probably schedule a meeting—either in person or over a call—to better understand your needs. Once we have a clear idea of what you’re looking for, we’ll send you a quote and agree on how we’ll work together, including your preferred way of staying in touch.

We understand that plans can change. We offer flexibility with regards to your requests, but we ask that cancellations or changes be communicated as early as possible to ensure smooth coordination and planning on our side.

We’re an honest organization. If something went wrong, or we couldn’t help you, we will most likely refund your money. However, we’re very confident about our team, experience and the ability to deliver. If needed, reach out to luis@madeirafriends.org to escalate your request and speak directly to our leadership team.
